A pairing of affinity and contrasts between the wines of Garnatxa and a selection of artisanal Catalan cheeses, We will start with a walk through the vineyards where we will discover the first wild fragrances, we will continue with the sensory tasting between the different types of cheese: cow, sheep and goat selected by Ramon Roset, our cheese expert, and white, rosé and black Grenache wines from Vinyes Domènech.
